These terms cover your use of SellWide, a marketplace sync app for Shopify stores. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
SellWide publishes and keeps in step your Shopify products, listings, stock and marketplace orders. It acts on the rules and settings you configure. You remain responsible for what is listed, at what price, and for complying with each marketplace's own rules.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's Billing API, on the cycle shown in the app, in US dollars. Additional marketplaces are charged per marketplace as displayed. You can change or cancel a plan from the app; charges already incurred for the current cycle are not refunded pro rata unless required by law. A free tier is available and does not require payment details.
We aim for the app to be continuously available, but it depends on Shopify's API and on marketplaces we do not control. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for a marketplace's outage, rate limiting, policy decision or removal of a listing. Where a sync fails, SellWide retries with backoff and shows you the outcome; it does not hide failures.
We handle your data as described in the privacy policy. You can have it deleted at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes the data we hold; listings already published remain on the marketplace under your seller account.
To the extent the law allows, SellWide is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms when the app changes; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. You may stop using SellWide at any time by uninstalling it. We may end access if these terms are breached or if a marketplace requires it.
